Guarantee

 

All window and door upvc frames come with a 10 year guarantee against defective materials or workmanship.

All window and door Hardware comes with a 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee.

All double glazed Glass sealed units come with a manufacturer's Guarantee of 3 years against condensation appearing inside the glass unit.

All our installations come with a 12 month future adjustment guarantee, if any windows and doors need adjusting within 12 months we will carry this out free of charge.

 

Guarantee does not cover

 

Customer removing and refitting windows and doors.  

Accidental damage or misuse by the customer.

Products failing due to no maintenance being carried out by customer.

Door retainers do not come with a guarantee and will need replacing from time to time , click on the image below to buy a new Viva door retainer.
